Placing an Order

If you are new to VITraders.com you may want to review the options and instructions for shopping shown below. Payments can be made online using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card; and through PayPal. Check and Money Order payments are accepted by mail.

Order Online

1. Browse Products. Select Item. Add to Basket.
   Find the item that you would like to order. Click the Add to Cart button. The item will be added to your Shopping Cart. Click Continue Shopping to add more items, or select Proceed to Checkout.
   *You can make changes to quantity and remove an item from within the Shopping Cart using the quantity update and remove buttons.


2. Verify Order & Check Out
   View Cart appears in the top right corner of every page. Click View Cart, review order and click Proceed to Check Out. In the Check Out process you will be asked for your billing address, mailing address, e-mail, telephone number and payment information. Online payments can only be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal.


3. Completed Order
   After submitting your payment an invoice/confirmation will appear with your order number and order details. An order confirmation and a separate shipping confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered during the Check Out process.
   
   Please allow from 5 to 7 business days for delivery of your order.

Call our toll free number (866) 774-1181 or our local number (340) 774-1181 and a customer service representative will take your order. Business Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday. Closed on Holidays.

Mail Order (Check or Money Order Payment)

To place an order by mail, please Contact Us by email with the items you would like to purchase and the State/Zip Code of the mailing address and we will reply with shipping costs, total for order and directions for mailing in your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Online shipping options include the United States, U.S. territories and U.S military addresses.

Orders shipping to a Non-U.S. Address: Unfortunately our online store does not support non-U.S. addresses. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to a non-U.S. address please Contact Us by email. Include the item(s) you would like to order and the country; we will reply with shipping and payment options.

Shipping charges will be added to your order during check out. We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS).

Most orders are processed within two business days. Our primary shipping method used is USPS Priority Mail which typically takes three to five business days within the continental USA. If you require faster delivery please call us prior to placing your order to inquire about shipping costs using USPS Express Mail.

Returns & Exchanges

Most items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons and with original packing and accessories. Book covers and pages must not be creased or marked in any way.

Food items including but not limited to hot sauces, rum balls, rum cakes, candies and spices cannot be returned. Vacation Planning Kits and periodicals cannot be returned. Large quantity orders, discounted orders, corporate incentive gift orders and special orders cannot be returned.

Please contact us for assistance with returns. Be prepared to provide your order number, date order was placed and reason for return or exchange.
