    Flavor & Heat!
Our kids brought this to us from St. Thomas and it is excellent! We love our heat to be tasty, and this fills the bill quite nicely. I also appreciate the fact that it is “clean”. Only the peppers, vinegar, mustard, and spices; no extras. I checked out the Martouk that another reviewer mentioned, but all the added stuff outweighs saving money for me.. Enjoy!

    Hella Awesome!
A friend just gave a bottle to my husband – and we had to try it immediately. This is WONDERFUL! Kinda mustardy, kinda vinegary, and a whole lotta flavorful heat here. Ranks among the best I’ve tasted. I most definitely will be using this, and buying more – if I can! (With a name like “Nuclear Blast”, I just knew it HAD to be good!)

    Nice change of pace
As a hot sauce collector, my sister picked up a bottle of this for me from St. Thomas. As an impatient fool, I decided to to open it. It was a nice change of pace from the big bottle of customized red sauce I splash on nearly everything I eat. The mustard base is nice and tangy, the bright heat not overwhelming. The only qualm I have is that, since it is a souvenir, for a hot sauce it’s a little pricey, you can get the same quality from Marie Sharp or Matouk’s hot sauces, which are relatively easy to find in the US, anyway. So I sacrificed my souvenir but it was worth it. Bon Apetit!

    Thick and hot
This is a very good sauce, but I somewhat wish they had removed the seeds. A tiny bit goes a long way, and it has a very thick consistency, meaning that I have to pour a small amount into a spoon first, at which point I can remove the seeds if I want to. Flavor is very good, and I’ve been using this in Bloody Marys and Bloody Caesars as well as in cooking, such as in the curry I made yesterday.
