This was a wonderful book, it was like a great escape for me when I read it..(winter in New Jersey) This Couple had a dream and did it! It was not all easy for them. But I am envious.

This book was a bit like an overlong visit with a friend - conversational, but long and boring at times. However, there were very interesting and relevant pieces of information, so I would still recommend it as an introduction to island living. Just don't expect to get swept away. Good first effort by the author.
