Returns & Exchanges

Please contact Customer Service for assistance with returns and exchanges. Be prepared to provide your order number, date order was placed, description of items ordered and reason for return or exchange.

Most merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons and with original packing and accessories. Book covers and pages must not be creased or marked in any way. Food items including but not limited to hot sauces, cookies, rum balls, rum cakes, candies and spices can not be returned once they have been opened. Vacation Planning Kits and periodicals can not be returned.
