How to Place an Order

Shop On-line

1. Select Your Item(s) & Add to Basket
Find the item(s) that you would like to order. Enter a quantity and click the Add to Basket button. The item will be added to your Shopping Cart. The subtotal in your Shopping Cart increases each time you add an item.

Note: A mini-shopping cart is shown on the right side of pages. You can access recently viewed items and check shipping costs from this cart.

If you need to change a quantity or remove an item, click on the View Cart Tab at the top, right side of pages. This will take you to a full page shopping cart.

2. Verify Order & Check Out
You can Check Out using the button in your mini Shopping Cart or the Check Out tab in the top, right area of each page. In the Check Out process you will be asked for your address, e-mail, telephone number and payment information.

Note: Editing Quantity can only be done in the Shopping Cart before Checking Out.

Note: Electronic check processing is not available at this time. Check payments must be mailed to us.

3. Completed Order
After submitting your payment an invoice/confirmation will appear with your order number and order details. An order confirmation and a separate shipping confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the Ship to field during the Check Out process.

Please allow from 4 to 10 business days for delivery of your order.

Mail Order (Check or Money Order Payment)

Method 1: Follow the Shop On-line steps listed above. In the payment options field select Check and continue with check out. Print the invoice that appears and mail it along with your payment to the address shown below.

Method 2: If your order is less than $50 you may complete your mail order by writing your name, shipping address, telephone number, item number, quantity, price and subtotal on a sheet of paper.  Add $8.10 for shipping to U.S. addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Send your order and payment to the address shown below.

Mail orders are shipped when payment is received and cleared.

Note: Check or Money Order only. Do not send cash. You can also use credit card to pay for mail orders; simply write the credit card type, number and expiration date on the order form along with the name on the card and the signature of that person.
