A: Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), Check and Money Order. Check/Money Order payments must be mailed.

Q: Do you ship to: the United States? Internationally? To APO addresses?
A: Shipping is available to the United States and its territories and to APO addresses. Unfortunately international orders are not accepted.

Q: How will my order be shipped? When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders are processed within one to three business days. Please add from three to seven business days for USPS Priority Mail delivery. Visit Shipping Options/Delivery for more details.

Q: Can I ship to another address besides my billing address? Can gifts go directly to the recipient?
A: Yes, orders can be sent to an address different from the billing address, as in the case of gifts.

Q: I want to order gifts for a few people, and want the items shipped directly to the recipients. Do I have to place multiple orders?
A:
Only one ship to address is allowed when checking out online therefore it is necessary to place multiple orders when there are multiple recipients. Shipping charges will apply for each ship to address/recipient. You may want to place a phone order if you have many recipients.

Q: It's been more than 10 business days and I have not received my order. How do I check the status of my order?
A: Please contact Customer Service and a customer service representative will assist you.

A: Please contact Customer Service within 5 business days of receiving a damaged shipment; a customer service representative will assist you.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Volume discounts are available on select items. When applicable a discount chart appears in the items full description. The Corporate Gift Ideas section includes items with volume discounts.

Q: Do you have a print catalog? Can I visit your store in person? Where are you located?
A: VITraders is available on-line and is operated from St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. There is no print catalog or store front.

A: Gift cards are available for purchase during Christmas season. Gift wrapping is not available.
