Q: How can I place an Order: Online? By Phone? By Mail?
A: The easiest and quickest way to place an order is online through the website. You can also place your order by phone and mail. For more information visit Ordering/Shipping/Returns.

Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: Payments can be made online using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card; and through PayPal. Check and Money Order payments are accepted by mail.

Q: To what countries will you ship? United States? U.S. Military addresses? Canada? Europe?
A: Online shipping options include the United States, U.S. territories and U.S military addresses. Unfortunately our online store does not support non-U.S. addresses. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to a non-U.S. address please Contact Us by email. Include the item(s) you would like to order and the country; we will reply with shipping and payment options.

Q: How will my order be shipped? When will I receive my order?
A: We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are processed within two business days. Please add three to five business days for USPS Priority Mail delivery. Visit Shipping Options/Delivery for more details.

Q: Can I ship to another address besides my billing address?
A: Yes. As an example, if you were placing an order as a gift and wanted it mailed directly to the recipient you could enter their shipping address and your billing address.

Q: Can I visit your store in person? Where are you located?
A: VITraders.com is an on-line only store operated from St. Thomas, USVI. There is no physical store.

Q: Why should I register for an account on VITraders.com?
A: Save time when placing an order by taking a few minutes to register. As a registered shopper each time you place on order you can log in and your contact information will automatically appear in the checkout process. Registered users can also log in and view their previous and existing orders.
